Class 1 HGV Drivers Wanted – Days & Nights

Location: Coalville

Excellent Rates of Pay

Pay Rates

• Day Shift: £16.50 per hour
• Night Shift: £19.25 per hour
• Days Overtime: £21.00 per hour
• Nights Overtime: £22.33 per hour

Shift Times

• Days: Start times between 04:00 and 09:00
• Nights: Start times between 17:00 and 22:00

Role Overview

We’re looking for reliable Class 1 (C+E) drivers for regular, ongoing work with immediate starts available.

Responsibilities

• Curtain‑sided trailer work
• 1–2 drops per load with a collection
• No multi‑drop deliveries
• Minimal manual handling – mainly strapping loads and opening/closing curtains
• Night shifts are primarily direct trunking, with occasional single or double trailer swaps (“hits”)
• Typical shift length: 9–11 hours

Work Availability

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend shifts also available for those looking for extra hours

Qualifications

Class 1 driver experience (C+E) required.
