Key Stage 3-4 Teaching Assistants

Location: Gloucester

Salary: £90 – £115 per day

Contract Type: Long-term Full-time

We’re searching for enthusiastic and adaptable Teaching Assistants to support an Alternative Provisions School in Gloucester. Are you passionate about working with young students and looking for flexible work? Do you enjoy helping them learn and grow? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

Requirements

• Experience: At least 30 days of experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
• Qualifications: No formal qualifications required; your experience and dedication matter most.
• Compassion: A genuine care for the well‑being and development of young learners.
• Enthusiasm: Bring your positive energy and passion for education to the classroom.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting KS3 students through their timetable throughout the school day.
• Helping with activities off site.
• Attending staff meetings and liaising with parents.
