Responsibilities

Working with the Merchandise Manager, you will provide top-quality customer service at our indoor and outdoor events.

You will be responsible for ensuring that our merchandise is displayed to attract maximum sales and will be comfortable with handling cash and card transactions.

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service or retail.

Ability to calculate totals using mental math.

Adept at working under pressure with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Expectations

Casual, zero hour basis; flexible to work weekends, evenings, and bank holidays when necessary.
