We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Maths Teacher to join our successful secondary school in Coventry from September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for an inspirational teacher to make a positive impact on student achievement and contribute to a supportive and ambitious department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality mathematics lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential to teach Key Stage 5 for suitably qualified applicants.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging and challenging Maths lessons.
- Monitor, assess and support student progress.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Contribute to curriculum development and departmental initiatives.
- Participate fully in the wider life of the school.
Person Specification
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Degree in Mathematics or a related subject.
- Strong subject knowledge and passion for teaching Maths.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students of all abilities.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- ECTs and experienced teachers are welcome to apply.
