Job Description
We are reinventing Royal Mail for the future. As a Parcel Delivery Driver, you will deliver parcels across the week in the assigned area, ensuring customers’ days are brighter. You will prep your van and use route‑planning technology tools to ensure parcels reach the right place at the right time. You will also deliver election materials and certain items such as food products or alcohol in line with Royal Mail business standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely deliver all items on your route.

- Interact with customers, acting as a positive ambassador for Royal Mail.
- Work independently while collaborating with the team.
Qualifications
- Upbeat, self‑motivated, thriving while working independently.
- Organised, punctual, with great initiative.
- Committed to the delivery of great customer service.
- Comfortable interacting with customers.
- Happy to work in the afternoon and early evenings.
- Enjoy a multi‑drop driving role.
- Possess a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
