Job title: Bar and Restaurant Supervisor, Malmaison

Rate / Hours: £13.41 / 40 hours

Type of Contract: Permanent

Location: Malmaison Brighton

Responsibilities

• You will be the face of the restaurant and bar within the hotel, help control the flow of service, and communicate with the Kitchen and the management team to ensure a smooth and controlled dining experience for guests.

Requirements

• Experience in a busy restaurant and/or bar environment or for the next step in your career.
• Ability to work with the Kitchen and management team to deliver high-quality guest experiences.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts; evenings and weekends are common, with patterns discussed at interview.
