Teaching Personnel is looking for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a supportive secondary school in Waterlooville, Portsmouth. This full-time role offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ learning and development.

The successful candidate should have strong classroom management skills and experience working with secondary-aged students, particularly those with special educational needs. The position includes a competitive daily pay rate between £110 and £125, dependent on experience.
