Primary SEN Teacher

Primary SEN Teacher – Fantastic Primary School, Lambeth

A “Good” Primary School located in the Borough of Lambeth is looking for a Primary SEN Teacher. This is a September 2026 start role, full-time and employed directly through the school.

Responsibilities

• Teach in an ARP with 6 children, including non-verbal / ASD pupils.
• Work with and lead an experienced HLTA.
• Support EHCP applications, including writing and carrying out assessments.
• Initially work within the Primary School with a view to extending support into the Nursery School and continuing SEN leadership.
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons for SEN pupils.
• Carry out data and administrative tasks to a high standard.

Person Specification

• QTS required.
• Strong understanding of SEN.
• Confidence working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work within a large team.
• Good planning and teaching skills for SEN pupils.High‑level data and admin capability.
