Restoration Technician

Join a fast-paced hands‑on environment where your work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to customer service help make fire and water damage “Like it never even happened.” We’re seeking a dependable Restoration Technician to support restoration projects through demolition, cleanup, equipment setup, and consistent, high‑quality fieldwork.
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform production processes, demolition, and other labor‑intensive tasks.
- Prepare rooms and areas for work activities, including staging and equipment setup.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle, equipment, and jobsite appearance.
- Inventory and load equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.
- Follow all safety and risk‑management guidelines.
- Communicate with supervisors and teammates to maintain efficient workflow.
- Perform end‑of‑day and end‑of‑job cleanup and breakdown.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Experience & Skill Set
- Effective oral communication and basic math/computer skills.
- Experience in cleaning or restoration preferred.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. regularly; up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
- Ability to work in varying conditions, including tight spaces and physically demanding tasks.
Education & Credentials
- High school diploma or GED required.
- IICRC certifications preferred.
- Valid driver’s license required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting at $15.00/hour, based on experience.
