This is a hands‑on apprenticeship where you’ll learn the fundamentals of modern marketing operations while working in a supportive, collaborative team.
What You’ll Be Doing
Core (Automation & Operations)
- Build and QA marketing assets (emails, forms, landing pages) in Marketo
- Support campaign workflows and monitor performance
- Analyse campaign metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions)
- Recommend improvements through testing (e.g. A/B testing)
- Troubleshoot issues (deliverability, engagement drops, tracking errors)
- Continuously improve processes and suggest smarter ways of working
- Collaborate with teams across the business to keep campaigns on track
Cross‑Functional Experience
- Design & Content: Support creative briefs and adapt content; Make basic edits in Adobe tools; Manage digital assets in Adobe Experience Manager
- Marketing Technology: Learn Marketo Engage; Build and deploy campaigns and landing pages; Use tokens and simple scripting for personalised marketing
- Data & Insights: Pull and interpret reports (GA4, PowerBI, Marketo); Build dashboards and share insights; Provide recommendations to improve performance
- Social & Channel Marketing: Support planning and scheduling of campaigns; Help measure campaign success; Ensure consistent messaging across channels
Ways of Working
- Use tools such as Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Aprimo, Asana, and Confluence
- Work collaboratively with both internal teams and external partners
- Follow processes, meet deadlines, and maintain high quality standards
- Ensure compliance with data, privacy, and approval processes
