Welcome & Service Team Member
Contract/duration: Permanent
Salary: £13.25 per hour
Hours/working pattern: Based on annualised hours, 1005.75 hours per year. Salary paid in 12 equal instalments. Includes regular weekend and bank holiday working and travel between properties; flexibility to drive and adapt to business needs.

Summary
As the public face of our properties, you’ll provide a warm, friendly welcome, give information about the property, answer questions and ensure everyone has an enjoyable and memorable visit.

Reporting to the Welcome Manager, you’ll be part of a friendly high‑functioning team of colleagues in the North Warwickshire portfolio which includes Packwood, Baddesley Clinton and Charlecote Park. You’ll join a team passionate about growing support and connecting people to nature, engaging visitors to create meaningful, inclusive experiences.
What you’ll be doing
Day‑to‑day, you’ll deliver excellent customer service, answering queries and listening to visitors’ needs so you can share information. You’ll play a key role in the visitor experience, from key property events to social‑media promotion. No two days are the same. You will be a key driver for Growing Support, recruiting new members and selling membership, welcoming, appreciating, and engaging visitors.
