Retail Team Member – Stockport

Working Pattern

You will work 16 hours per week, typically 3 shifts including a weekend day each week. Shifts begin at 10:45am and finish around 4:15pm. Bank holiday working will be required.

Responsibilities

• Offer visitors help and advice with their shopping.
• Maintain high standards of presentation in the shop while providing excellent service to all customers.
• Explain to customers how their purchases help fund the National Trust.
• Arrange, receive and unpack deliveries.
• Create shop displays.
• Keep the shop floor clean and organised in collaboration with the team.
