Full-Time | KS1 Small Group & SEN Support

Your Role as KS1 Teaching Assistant:

• You’ll guide young learners, sometimes one-to-one, sometimes in small groups, helping them discover confidence and curiosity.
• You’ll run your own nurture group, offering a calm and caring space for SEN pupils to learn, laugh and belong.
• You’ll stand beside teachers, shaping a classroom where every child feels safe and seen.
• And you’ll live out the school’s values of fairness, compassion and community.
