Autism & SEND Support Teaching Assistant – Empower Growth

Securitas UK is looking for educational support staff to assist pupils aged 7 to 19 with complex needs, particularly those with autism and learning difficulties. You will help plan and execute learning activities, supervise pupils, and promote positive behaviour and emotional development.

The ideal candidate will have at least Level 2 or 3 in Teaching and Learning, with strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively. This role is critical in helping students thrive in an inclusive environment.
