HGV Class 2 OR Class 1 DRAY Driver

Pay Rate: £40,876 plus qualifying bonus £1200

Grade: Collective Agreement

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift Patterns: Monday to Friday starting between 4am-8am (annualised hours)

Location: Tingley – WF3 1SP

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Handling between 4 to 20 drops per day, keeping your day varied and active
• Manual handling of goods — including unloading kegs of beer at customer sites
• Delivering to cellars and navigating stairs — a great way to stay fit while you work!
• Driving safely and efficiently, always in line with Drivers’ Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
• Following top‑tier health & safety standards, with full compliance to the Highway Code and vehicle regulations
• Making multi‑drop deliveries to pubs and clubs — bringing the good stuff to good people!

This role would suit people who

• Hold a valid HGV Class 2 Licence or Class 1 Licence, Driver CPC Qualification, and Digital Tachograph Card
• Have 8+ months of recent driving experience
• Are ready to take on a highly physical role and enjoy being on the move
