Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across Key Stage 2
  • Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress to ensure strong outcomes for all learners
  • Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
  • Contribute to curriculum development and school improvement initiatives
  • Take on additional leadership responsibilities in line with a potential TLR (for the right candidate)

Qualifications and Skills

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Proven experience teaching in Key Stage 2
  • Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and assessment requirements
  • Ability to deliver consistently high-quality teaching that secures strong pupil outcomes
  • Excellent classroom management and behaviour strategies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay range: MPS – £32,916.00 – £45,352.00
