Clarence Recruitment are seeking professional, motivated, and reliable Unqualified Teachers, Instructors, and Cover Supervisors to work on a full-time and supply basis in secondary schools across the Leicester area.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher
• Deliver pre-planned lessons and support student learning
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Support pupils’ engagement, progress, and wellbeing
• Work collaboratively with teaching and support staff

Requirements

• Experience working in schools, or a background as a HLTA, TA, Cover Supervisor, Instructor, or Coach
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Recent references and a valid enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills
• A proactive and professional approach
• Ability to follow instructions while using initiative
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
