Class 1 Driver

Our client operates out of Deeside and is a respected Haulier in the Industry; we are recruiting for a Day time Class 1 Drivers, Monday to Friday on an ad hoc basis at this point, but may go onto fulltime with expansion of the fleet.

Responsibilities

• Experience of steel coil deliveries; knowledge of positioning on the trailer and proper strapping.
• Pick up loaded trailers and deliver to customers.
• Pick up loaded trailer to South Wales for offload, pick up and return.

Typical shift length: 10/12 hrs a day.

Role Requirements

• CAT CE Licence.
• Valid Driver CPC qualification.
• Valid Digi-Tacho.

Compensation

Rates for days: £17.54 per hour advance.
