Your Role

• Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups within the SRP (Specialist Resource Provision)
• Deliver engaging intervention sessions
• Work closely with teachers to adapt learning to each child’s needs
• Help track progress and celebrate every win

We’re Looking For

• A graduate (2:2 or above)
• Someone caring, proactive, and eager to learn
• A positive role model who can inspire young learners
• Experience with SEN/SEMH is helpful, but not essential – training provided
