Temp Handyperson – Student Housing Birmingham

Brook Street is seeking a Temporary Handyperson for a busy student accommodation site in Birmingham City Centre. The role involves general maintenance, repairs, and ensuring health & safety compliance while providing excellent support to residents.

The ideal candidate will have previous maintenance experience, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently. This position offers a pay rate of £13.45 per hour with 34 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday.
