Grass Roots Academic Support is seeking an experienced Assistant Headteacher for a specialist SEN school in the Dereham area. This is an initial fixed-term position with potential for permanence. Responsibilities include leadership, teaching across Key Stages 1–3, and safeguarding duties. You will drive school improvement and support staff development in a nurturing environment focused on SEMH needs.
