olimera means all-day and captures the essence of what life is all about: sharing quality time together all day, all year. We believe that good food makes people happy and brings them closer, cocktails too! Our ethos is to create an exciting and friendly neighbourhood destination for our customers to appreciate our fantastic menu inspired by modern Mediterranean flavours. All served in a stunning environment with a smile from the heart by our lovely team with an ambition of creating a true all‑day dining experience.

Monday to Sunday 8am – 10pm.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Produce a high quality of food in line with olimera menus in an efficient manner.
• Meet all regulations and standards, follow Health & Safety and Food Safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and tidy work environment.
• Work well with others and be a team player.
• Ensure kitchen is prepared for peak times.

About You

• A charismatic, energetic individual with excellent communication skills.
• Eye for detail and high standards.
• Strong work ethic and able to work as part of a multi‑function team.
• Good command of English language.
• High standards in time‑keeping and attendance.
• Package does not include membership of an independently managed tronc arrangement through which service charge is allocated outside of and in addition to your basic pay from your employment. Hourly amount shown is base only; actual pay will vary depending on service charge collected.
