Just Teachers Ltd is seeking a committed 1:1 Teaching Assistant in Stratford-upon-Avon to support KS3 learners with additional needs. This rewarding position involves delivering tailored support for students requiring special educational needs, adapting materials to fit learning styles, and ensuring emotional wellbeing through effective teamwork. The ideal candidate will be calm, resilient, and possess strong communication skills, working closely with staff and therapists to track student progress.
