Job Title: Driver / Warehouse Operative

Location: Norwich & surrounding areas

Salary: £12.71 per hour (with structured reviews + performance bonuses)

Contract: Permanent, 40 hours per week

Shift Pattern

Hours: 40-hour contract with a 1-hour unpaid daily break.

Flexibility: Shift times vary between 6:00 AM and 5:30 PM.

Typical Shifts: Most days will be 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Weekend Work: Expected to work one Saturday per month (4-5 hours, paid at overtime rates).

Role Overview

This position is primarily driving-focused, interspersed with essential warehouse support.

Key Responsibilities

• Completing vehicle deliveries (typically two van runs per day).
• Assisting in the warehouse between and after delivery runs.
