Pay: £172–£220 per day (depending on experience)
The Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated secondary teachers who can deliver engaging subject‑specific lessons through the medium of Welsh and support pupils in achieving their full potential.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching across your specialist subject area, maintaining strong classroom management, and contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging subject‑specific lessons through the medium of Welsh
- Plan and deliver high-quality teaching in line with the curriculum
- Support pupil progress across your specialist subject area
- Maintain strong classroom management and behaviour expectations
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Contribute to the wider life of the school
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
- Fluent Welsh speaker – essential
- Experience teaching in a secondary school setting
- Strong subject knowledge in your specialist area
- Excellent classroom management skills
- Passion for Welsh‑medium education and supporting learners
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to provide two professional references
