Randstad are looking for a hard working and reliable CSCS qualified Handyperson across various residential projects around Broadstairs.
Location: Broadstairs, Kent. Contract type: Temporary. Start date: ASAP. Salary/Rate: £18‑£20 (negotiable and dependant upon experience). Duration: 3 months+. Randstad CPE contact: Lewis on (phone number removed).
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, repairs and groundwork.
- Install products and equipment.
- Basic painting, decorating and cleaning.
- Respond to requests in a professional manner.
- Repair plumbing systems.
- Conduct assessments and identify problems.
Essential Skills / Experience
- Valid CSCS card.
- Own tools.
- Multi-skilled and experience carrying out general maintenance work.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards.
- Full driver’s licence is preferred but not essential.
