Rate of Pay
£14.18 per hour, increasing to £15.45 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.
We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with options for 12 hours if you prefer fewer hours.

Responsibilities
- Ensure the van and trays are clean and organised.
- Maintain a tidy, rubbish‑free back yard and pick up litter.
- Wash trays as part of the wash process.
- Load the van and check for roadworthiness.
- Communicate with customers about order changes, substitutions and refunds.
- Handle products and deliveries with care.
- Explain substitution charges to customers.
- Deliver within the customer’s time slot.
- Contact customers ahead of arrival if early.
- Notify the store if running 30 minutes or more late.
Requirements
- Build strong relationships with colleagues.
- Warm and welcoming customer interactions, expressing gratitude.
- Quick response to changing customer needs; embrace change.
- Energetic, driven, balancing work and personal life.
- Share improvement ideas with manager and colleagues.
- Valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence (full or automatic), at least 12 months, no more than 3 penalty points.
- Able to comply with GB domestic driving rules.
