About the Role

As a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret you’ll work in an exciting, engaging, fast‑paced environment, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team who are all connected through their passion for delivering the very best customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, helping customers find products and complete purchases at the till.
• Deliver a brand bra fitting experience, giving expert advice on size and suitable styles.
• Own the merchandising and visual presentation of products, assisting customers in discovering what they need and what they didn’t know they needed.
• Maintain store standards and procedures, including deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention, health and safety, and front‑and‑back‑of‑house operations.
