Salary & Benefits

• £26,000 basic salary
• Uncapped bonus
• Realistic OTE £40,000 – £45,000
• Top performers earn £45,000 – £50,000+
• Monday to Friday
• 1 in 4 Saturdays

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building strong relationships with business customers over the phone
• Contacting existing and previous customers to generate sales opportunities
• Identifying and developing new business
• Managing your sales pipeline and customer activity
• Working towards achievable targets as part of a supportive team

What We’re Looking For

• Any sales or relationship building experience considered
• A confident and professional telephone manner
• Self-motivated with a desire to earn and succeed
• Positive attitude and resilience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
