Salary £12.75 per hour, increasing to £13.44 after full training, plus up to £2,000 discretionary bonus a year, pro‑rated. Contract: 15 hours per week, part‑time, with Sunday work required. Flexible Monday‑Sunday.

About the Role

As a Store Colleague at H&T, you’ll be the face of our leading pawnbroker and jewellery retailer, providing a warm welcome and expert support to every customer in one of our 285+ stores. You’ll help customers with pawnbroking, retail sales, and financial products, ensuring they leave with the best possible outcome. No prior pawnbroking experience needed – just a genuine interest in people, integrity, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional approach.
• Assist customers with a range of services including pawnbroking, retail sales, and financial products.
• Maintain high standards of compliance and store presentation.
• Work collaboratively with the team to exceed targets.
• Handle transactions accurately and securely.
• Additional language skills are a bonus but not required.
