The role of French Speaking Customer Service Advisor:

  • Managing inbound and outbound customer enquiries in French and English
  • Building and maintaining strong customer and client relationships
  • Identifying sales opportunities and promoting products/services
  • Processing orders, handling queries, and resolving issues efficiently
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
  • Maintaining accurate records on CRM systems

The ideal French Speaking Customer Service Advisor:

  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
  • Previous customer service or sales experience desirable
