Benefits
- Pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25.
- Minimum of 16 hours per week; roles from 12 hours available.
- Guaranteed schedule within availability windows with at least 3 weeks’ notice of shifts.
- Flexible working conversations available.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team to deliver a great customer experience in-store.
- Work across all store areas and support colleagues with day‑to‑day operational queries.
- Build positive, inclusive relationships to help colleagues perform best.
- Confidently lead the store in the Manager’s absence.
- Make balanced, flexible decisions and adapt well to change.
- Coach colleagues, give feedback, and role model great service.
- Stay curious and seek opportunities to serve customers, communities, and the planet better each day.
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Experience in a team lead or management role in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Strong role model with a passion for delivering great service.
- Ability to build an inclusive team environment and provide clear communication.
- Leadership skills to motivate and inspire the team.
- Experience in adaptive decision making.
