Salary £28,000-£33,000 DOE plus bonus potential

Hours: Monday – Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00 / Friday: 08:00 – 15:0025 days holiday + bank holidays

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a proactive and motivated Telesales & Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. If you thrive on building relationships, uncovering new business opportunities, and managing sales pipelines, this could be the perfect role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive Business Growth
    • Follow up on inbound marketing leads to qualify opportunities
    • Conduct outbound cold and warm calls to identify new opportunities
    • Book introductory meetings for the external sales team
  • Nurture Customer Relationships
    • Maintain structured contact plans using Salesforce CRM
    • Keep prospects engaged via email campaigns and marketing materials
    • Support long-term pipeline development
  • Collaborate Across Teams
    • Work closely with internal sales and customer service teams
    • Assist field sales representatives with post-meeting follow-ups
    • Ensure a seamless customer journey from first contact to conversion

About You

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or lead generation
  • Confident communicator with a professional and engaging phone manner
  • Highly organized with strong CRM (Salesforce or similar) experience
  • Skilled in relationship building, negotiation, and active listening
  • Self‑motivated, resilient, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience within construction or manufacturing is advantageous but not essential
