haart Estate Agents in Hayes are looking for a Sales Adviser to join their team. In this role you will focus on generating new and repeat business to obtain property valuation bookings for the branch. You will constantly seek new leads and opportunities via outbound calls, canvassing, and lead generation. This role is perfect for those passionate about customer service and business generation.
The journey as a Sales Adviser will begin with one week at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre at Colchester, including a fully‑paid hotel stay. A second week will be spent at the L&D Centre within the first five-to‑six weeks of employment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that daily, weekly, and monthly business targets are consistently met.
- Act as the custodian of the Spicerhaart Ways for Valuation generation activities within the branch operation.
- Communicate proactively with all valuation opportunities in the ROSIE software system through high outbound call volumes, maintaining regular contact.
- Ensure that all call‑out campaigns targeting properties for sale are fulfilled and that ROSIE operating standards are maintained.
- Attend the morning meeting prepared with updates on the week’s valuation pipeline.
- Lead canvassing efforts by implementing a structured door‑knocking and zonal canvassing strategy, tracking new listings, withdrawn properties, and opportunities to generate leads.
- Use ROSIE to manage market leads effectively, ensuring no lead is lost.
- Engage in daily 1:1 meetings with your line manager to identify coaching and business development opportunities.
- Manage and respond to intranet leads daily.
- Use ROSIE to communicate regularly with Local Owner to Sell (LOTS) customers, aiming to close valuation opportunities.
- Generate referral business through first‑class customer engagement.
- Engage in local canvassing and prospecting activities, including social media, door‑knocking, telephone prospecting, and leaflet distribution, building a personal brand.
- Take inbound calls and ensure applicant registration and identification of valuation, viewing, and financial services opportunities.
Qualifications

- Basic IT proficiency and keen eye for detail.
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK as per the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006, with evidence such as passport or birth certificate.
- Experience in property sales or related customer service is desirable.
