The Opportunity
Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an ambitious and driven Inside Sales Representative to help expand our customer base and win new business.
This is a full-cycle sales role — you’ll win your own business and then develop those relationships into long-term, repeat customers. There is uncapped earning potential and a clear path into a senior sales role as the team grows.
The Role
Proactively generate new business through outbound sales activity (approx. 80%)
Respond to and convert inbound enquiries (approx. 20%)
Build strong relationships with prospective customers and convert them into long-term clients
Take ownership of the accounts you win, managing and developing them to drive repeat business
Prepare quotes and follow up to close sales opportunities
Use CRM systems to manage pipeline, track activity, and maintain accurate customer records
Work towards and exceed individual sales targets
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in sales, ideally in an outbound or telesales role
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Experience using a CRM system to manage sales activity and pipeline
- Ability to manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting through to account development
- Strong relationship‑building skills, with a focus on long‑term customer value
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and resilient
- Well‑organised, with the ability to manage your own workload effectively
- Experience in workwear and uniforms is desired but not essential
