Salary Range: £24,804 – £29,989 per year depending on experience (pro-rata for part- time)

We are looking for a Sales Assistant to work at our trail centre store at Cannock Chase.
Working hours are up to 39 hours per week including working on Saturdays and Sundays. Opening hours are 8.45am to 5pm every day except for Tuesdays & Wednesdays when we are closed.
You will be responsible for delivering an excellent Customer Service experience to our customers.
Skills/Experience Required
You will be responsible for creating a welcoming and informative environment for all customers. Your primary duties include assisting customers in finding the perfect bike, gear, and accessories to meet their needs and budget. This involves actively listening to their requirements, providing expert product knowledge and recommendations, and confidently demonstrating bike features and benefits. Beyond sales, you’ll contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store environment, building displays, processing transactions accurately, and handling inventory. A passion for cycling, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service are essential for success in this role.
