We are seeking an MRICS Cost Consultant who wants a role with growth. Our client, a premier multidisciplinary consultancy in Exeter, Devon, is looking for a senior‑level leader to join their team. This is a launchpad to a Director or Partner role.
The Role and Mission, Should you decide to accept it.
As an Associate Quantity Surveyor, you will be a numbers person, a leader, mentor, and business builder. You will take charge of projects and a team, with the mandate to grow both over the next 5‑10 years.
- Leading a Team: Managing and mentoring the next generation of Cost Consultants.
- Driving Growth: Helping the business expand its reach and reputation.
- Managing Projects: Handling diverse projects in sectors like Healthcare, Education, Residential, and Commercial.
- Being a Star: Having the gravitas of a senior professional, ideally with experience at an Associate Director level.
The Must-Haves for this Associate Cost Consultant Vacancy
- MRICS Chartered Status: Non‑negotiable.
- Senior‑Level Experience: You have considerable experience with a UK Cost Consultancy.
- Construction Degree: A degree or qualification in a related construction subject.

- Salary: A competitive salary of £60,000 – £70,000.
