What You’ll Do
- Engage with potential new customers primarily through cold calling, while also leveraging multiple channels such as emails and LinkedIn to identify new opportunities and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Support prospects in understanding N‑able’s value and how our solutions can contribute to their business success.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives across Europe to ensure that generated appointments progress effectively through the sales funnel.
- Consistently meet daily and weekly key activity metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer and prospect interactions using CRM tools (Salesforce and Outreach).
- Proactively invest in professional development by participating in training sessions, sharing best practices, and learning from colleagues across the sales organization.
- This role is hybrid: minimum 3 days per week in the Edinburgh office and 2 days from home. Requires native or fluent Italian or C1 speaking proficiency.
