Are you a confident and professional Retail Security Officer? In this role, you’ll be trusted with responsibility and play a vital role in safeguarding the store. Working closely with the Store Management Team, you’ll help prevent loss, manage risk and maintain high standards of safety and professionalism.This is a full-time, permanent role with flexibility to work across daytime, evening and weekend shifts – ideal for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility and being an integral part of the store team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Actively monitoring the store to identify, prevent and report incidents
- Operating and reviewing CCTV systems in line with company policies
- Supporting the enforcement of Health & Safety procedures
- Conducting investigations into stock loss, theft and fraud
- Engaging with customers and colleagues to resolve situations calmly and effectively
