Overview
As a Client Advisor, you will personally represent the brand and create a luxury experience for customers at Solomeo boutique. Your role focuses on daily presentation, customer service, visual merchandising, and inventory management while embodying the brand’s philosophy.
Role Responsibilities
- Serve as the face of the boutique, maintaining a polished appearance and embodying casual elegance of the brand.
- Provide knowledgeable, courteous interaction with customers, guiding them through the collection and assisting with fitting and selection.
- Coordinate visual displays, including daily store layout and window displays, to showcase new products and seasonal themes.
- Administer warehouse and inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and clear communication with store management.
- Facilitate sales transactions and maintain the high‑standard sales service that distinguishes the boutique.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and have prior retail experience.
- Displays a strong willingness and versatility when interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Passionate about fashion, staying informed about industry standards and trends.
