Telesales & Customer Relations Advisor

LWC Drinks is seeking a Telesales & Customer Service Advisor in Andover to manage outbound calls and maintain customer relationships. Responsibilities include taking orders, solving issues, and upselling products.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and experience with the Trinity system. This position offers a Monday to Friday work schedule from 8.30am to 4.30pm.
