Sales Assistant 12 Hours

As a Sales Assistant on a temporary contract, we want you to be:

Responsibilities will include:

• Deliver outstanding customer service at all times, prioritising customers over tasks and delivering a great shopping experience.
• Process sales transactions accurately, securely and efficiently through the till points, and actively promote add‑ons by engaging effectively with customers.
• Responsibly and safely handle and accept deliveries to store, keeping stock‑room areas up to date.
• Maintain merchandising of toys to company standards.
• Work in your designated Tesco space as and when required.

Location: The Entertainer, Coventry Lower Precinct (toy concession partnership with Tesco).

Working Hours & Pay

• 16–20 year olds – £11.15 per hour.
• 21 years and older – £12.71 per hour.

Our stores are open seven days a week and operate on 12‑hour contracts with typical 4‑hour shifts over three days. Depending on the store’s trading hours, you must have a flexible approach and be available to support the store, including working outside normal trading hours, especially during the holiday period.
