About the Role

Lead with Confidence, Grow Your Career – Become an Assistant Store Manager. Location: 23/25 Toll Gavel, Beverley, Humberside HU17 9AA. Hours per week: 39 hours. Shift pattern: Full-time – flexible across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. Salary: Up to £32,445 per annum.

The Role

• Recruit, inspire & motivate a passionate team to exceed targets.
• Drive sales through promotions, excellent merchandising, and stock control.
• Create a fun, engaging environment for both customers and colleagues.
• Ensure operational excellence, including audits, budgets, and stock management.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Previous experience in retail management, ideally 1+ years.
• Passion for customer service & sales.
• Strong decision‑making & problem‑solving skills.
• A results‑driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for customers – with full training provided (optional).
