Your responsibilities will include:
- Completing month end corporate, leisure and consortia production reports from Opera.
- Completing RFPs both consortia and corporate in Lanyon and formatting of local contracts.
- Conducting show rounds of the hotel and attending networking events outside of the hotel.
- Supporting the Meeting and Events department as and when required, including coordinating ResDiary bookings for the department.
