Position: Managed Services Sales Representative

About the Role
Superlative Systems Integrations Inc. is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Managed Services Sales Representative to expand our client base and grow recurring revenue. This role focuses on selling IT Managed Services, IT Support Agreements, and technology solutions to SMB and mid-market clients. Candidates should excel at prospecting, building trust, and closing deals in a consultative sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities for managed IT services.
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand client challenges and propose tailored solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and managed service agreements with support from technical teams.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for recurring revenue and new accounts.
- Maintain accurate CRM data on leads, opportunities, and activities.
- Conduct presentations, demos, and solution overviews (in person & virtual).
- Collaborate with engineering and support teams to ensure successful onboarding of new clients.
- Attend networking events, industry groups, and local business functions to grow brand presence.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage account growth and retention.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (IT, SaaS, telecom, or MSP experience preferred).
- Understanding of Managed Services (RMM, help desk, backup, cybersecurity, cloud services).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working in a metrics-driven, commission-based environment.
- Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage a structured sales pipeline.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Passion for software products.
- Highly creative and autonomous.
- Valid work permit for United States.

- Base Salary + Competitive Commission Plan
