Sales Support (m/f/d)

Salary/Rate: £27000 annum. Excellent in‑house training and future prospects. Over 95% are promoted from within.

Overview

Working as Full‑time Sales Support, you must have a strong interest in sales and enjoy working in a fast‑paced, challenging environment. This entry‑level position provides assistance to our customers from our branch located at Unit 1, The IO Centre, Fingle Drive, Stonebridge, Milton Keynes. This role offers an opportunity for a long‑term career, progressing into a managerial or senior sales role.

Key responsibilities

• Customer services: handle incoming calls and emails, identify and evaluate customers’ needs, engage customers, purchase stock, operate the POS, communicate with colleagues, provide customer updates, refill industrial vending machines on sites. IT skills are advantageous.
• Warehouse duties: pick, pack, receive, cycle count, manage shipping, process goods in, general warehouse operations. Forklift licence is a plus but can be obtained on the job.

Driving licence

A full UK driving licence is required as you will be driving a company van. A forklift licence is a plus but can be obtained on‑the‑job.

Working week

• Monday to Thursday 8:00–5:00pm
• Friday 8:00–2:30pm
