Location: Barking (Office Based)

Salary: £33,000 – £40,000 per annum (Depending on Experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and convert new sales opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Generate leads and proactively engage with prospective customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing client accounts.
  • Prepare accurate quotations and provide product recommendations and advice.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products and services.
  • Stay informed of industry developments, market trends, and new product innovations.
  • Work towards achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity, and forecasts within the CRM system.
  • Offer credit facilities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Produce regular sales reports and revenue forecasts for management.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience in an Internal Sales position.
  • Experience within the construction industry would be highly advantageous.
  • Knowledge of insulation, drylining, or building materials products is preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercially minded, target-driven, and proactive in approach.
  • Competent using CRM systems and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to analyse sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary & Benefits
