The School and Role
On behalf of Connect Multi-Academy Trust, we are looking for a Teaching Assistant to work in a friendly school in Consett, DH8. Working as part of an established team, the Teaching Assistant will be supporting within Nursery, including supporting children with SEND. The role would be 5 days a week, 8.30am 3.30pm. A Level 3 qualification relating to Early Years would be essential. The school has a supportive senior leadership team and can be accessed on public transport.
Requirements
The desired Level 3 Teaching Assistant will have;
- Experience of working with primary school aged children
- Experience of working with pupils with SEND
- A passion for the progress of primary school pupils
- An ability to work as part of a team
