Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced SEND learning support assistant to provide support across multiple SEND schools in Leicester, handling both short‑term supply and long‑term roles.
Responsibilities
Provide personal care and support to children with special educational needs and disabilities. Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff across a variety of SEND settings.
Qualifications
- Previous relevant experience working with children with SEND
- Kind, patient and understanding
- Excellent communication skills
- Compassion and empathy
