Front Office Executive, Rooms Division

SHIFT PATTERN: 40 hours per week, 4 days per week

Mandarin Oriental Mayfair is looking for a Front Office Executive to join our Rooms Division team.

About The Job

Based at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair within the Rooms Division Department in London, the Front Office Executive is responsible for the smooth running of the front of house desk. The role acts as an ambassador for the brand and delivers a warm and personalised experience to guests and residents. The Front Office Executive reports to the Room Division Manager.

Your responsibilities

  • Warmly welcoming guests to Mandarin Oriental service standards.
  • Performing check‑in and check‑out duties alongside daily front office administrative tasks to Mandarin Oriental’s standards.
  • Interacting confidently with guests, promoting services and facilities.
  • Seeking curiosity about hotel and surrounding area.
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure good communication and seamless service.

Working conditions & expectations

  • Working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 40 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary (morning, evening, night, weekends, bank holidays) requiring flexibility.
